Main Menu

Use the main menu and associated sub-menus to navigate through your Bullhorn Web account.

The top menu bar includes the Units, Reports, Billing, Admin, My Profile, News, and Help menus. The table below provides an overview of each menu and their sub-menus, as well as the navigation path to each one.

The Client Admin assigns security roles to each user or user group, which determines which main menu and the associated sub-menus are visible. The security roles include Billing Admin, Client Admin, and Unit Admin. The menu that are only visible to a user or user group with a certain security role are noted in the table.

Units

The Units menu includes nine sub-menus that include details about units or access to functions that support unit configuration and use. Hover your mouse over Units to access the following sub-menus:

  • Unit Admin — Only available to users or user groups with a Client Admin security role. The Unit Admin Page includes the options to manage units and unit groups, assign security rights, and edit unit data point settings.

  • All Units — The All Units Page displays unit and unit group information, can be used to export unit information, and includes a map with unit locations.

  • Unit System Status — The Unit System Status Page displays an overview of all units, as well as a map to locate units.

  • Detailed Unit Status — The Detailed Unit Status Page displays Unit Status, Unit Detail, and current Alerts (see Alerts ) for all units assigned to your user ID.

  • Send Commands — The Send Commands Page is a central location to add, send, or delete a command for units that support two-way communication. This page can also be access by clicking Commands in Unit Detail pane for the unit types that can receive commands, such as the RM4150, RM4151, RM4010/RM4014, or RM4010/RM4015.

  • Interruption Interruption Page includes three tabs: History, Interruption Status, and Schedule that can be used to view the history of sent commands, view the status of sent commands, and to schedule commands.

  • Monitor — The Monitor Page includes a map to locate and view the status of units that have been set up for event monitoring (see Event Monitoring).

  • Apply Templates — The Apply Templates Page includes the option to apply a unit template to one or more similar units.

  • Template Editor — Only available to users or user groups with a Unit Admin security role. The Unit Template Editor Page has the option to create a unit template with unit and data point settings.

Reports

The Reports menu accesses several types of unit information reports that can be run, printed, and exported. The following types of reports are available for selection:

  • Data — specialized for unit type

  • AC Monitoring Reports

  • Units — Outgoing Packets, Alerts, Inventory, Alert Configuration, and Accumulator

  • System — Unit Billing Data and Login History

Billing

Billing sub-menus are only available to users or user groups with either a Billing Admin or Client Admin security role. Hover your mouse over Billing to access the following sub-menus:

  • Billing Report — The Billing Report Page accesses billing reports for a specified billing period and Cost Center. The generated reports can be viewed, printed, or saved as a PDF.

  • Unit Billing Data — Use Report Preferences to create customized reports (Preferences).

  • Billing Admin — Use Billing Admin Page to view unit billing plan information and to change a unit's Cost Center.

  • Cost Center Setup — Use Cost Center Setup Page to view current Cost Centers or create new Costs Centers, or disable Costs Centers.

Admin

Admin sub-menus are only available to users or user groups with a Client Admin or Billing Admin security role. Hover your mouse over Admin to access the following sub-menus:

  • User Admin —The User Admin Page displays all User Groups and users within a group. Use this page to manage or create User Groups.

  • Contact Groups — The Contact Groups Page lists users that will be notified when an alert occurs using contact methods set up on the Client Profile Page or My Profile Page.

  • Security — The Site Security Page displays the users and user groups that have been assigned the Billing Admin, Client Admin, and Unit Admin security roles.

  • Client Profile — The Client Profile Page specifies a reporting time zone and sets up client contact information.

  • Extracts — The Extract Reports report is an optional feature that requires a one-time setup fee and activation by Technical Support. Use this report to export certain data to Pipeline Compliance System (PCS), such as channel measurement data.

My Profile

The My Profile Page displays User Information (name and time zone), User Contact Information (email, address, phone, etc.), and Website Preferences (landing page selection).

News

News includes a list of the latest information relating to the website as well as a link to sign up to receive the AI Quarterly Report.

Help

Help includes an online help site with information on using the website and additional content for download, including user guides, FAQs, support software, and training videos.
