Send Commands Page

The Send Commands page allows you to send or schedule a command to a unit or group of units or edit/cancel a scheduled command for units that support two-way communication (such as the RM4010/RM4014, RM4011/RM4015, RM4150, or RM4151). The Send Commands page is a sub-menu of the Units menu. Commands can also be sent or scheduled by clicking Commands in Unit Detail Page or All Units Page.

To display the Send Commands page, hover your mouse over Units on the main menu and then select Send Commands. Click refresh to see the latest unit information.

The following tasks can be completed on the Send Commands page:

• Send a Command from Send Commands Tab — commands can be sent directly to a unit, either immediately or at a later date.

• Resend a Command or Revert Settings — if a command is not acknowledged by a unit, you will be given the option to resend it through an email.

• View History of Sent Commands — the status and other information about commands, interruption, and settings that were sent to units can be viewed on the History tab.

• View Status of Scheduled or Sent Commands — view the status of commands sent to a unit.

• Cancel a Sent Command — cancel a command that was sent to a unit.
