Unit System Status Page
The Unit System Status page displays an overview of all units in a Client and includes Unit System Status, Unit Map, System Status, and Current Alerts panes for all available units. It provides a status summary with the ability to quickly drill down and view more detailed unit and alert information. Only those units assigned to your user name by your company's Client Admin display on the page.
To access the Unit System Status page, hover your mouse over Units on the main menu and then select Unit System Status.
The Unit System Status page includes the following features:

Unit System Status pane: Displays the current operational state (status) of all units in the current group. This pane has the following features for viewing units:

The units are grouped by their status with the number of units in parenthesis.

The All Units line is a link to the All Units Page.

Click any other status category to display just those units (in their unit group) below the status line.

Click the
next to the group name to expand the list.

With the list of units showing, you can then view the units by one of the identifiers in the View By list.

The list of units can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking the
next to the View By field.

The pane also includes a
Filter link that links to the My Profile Page where you can select which status categories will display in the Unit Status pane and System Status wheel.

System Status wheel: A summary of the status off all units for the group system status summary presented in a graphical format. Status colors in the wheel correspond to the same colors used in the Unit System Status pane. Click on the icon representing a unit to display unit information and links to
unit details, 
send commands, and 
settings.

Unit Map: The map provides a geographical system overview with the ability to view the map in three modes: Map (street map), Satellite (satellite imagery), or Hybrid (imagery with street names). To navigate the map, use the pan buttons or click and drag. Double-click to zoom in or use the Zoom In and Zoom Out buttons.

Current Alerts: A list of current alert notifications for the units listed in the Unit System Status pane. Information includes the date of the alert, the alert type, the unit name, the facility ID, and the action required for the alert (if any). If the alert requires an acknowledgment, a
displays in the Ack. column. The alert can be acknowledged by clicking on the icon. A 
will replace the icon to indicate the alert has been acknowledged. Additional unit details can be displayed in the Unit Map pane by clicking on the unit name.
