Contact Groups Page

A Contact Group is a list of users to be notified when an alert occurs. It is similar to a distribution list. Each user must be set up with a contact method on either the Client Profile Page or My Profile Page prior to creating a Contact Group.

To access the Contact Groups page, hover your mouse over the Admin menu and select Contact Groups. The following tasks can be completed on the Contact Groups page:

• Add a Contact Group

• Add or Delete Client or User Contacts to a Contact Group

• Enable or Disable a Contact Group

• Change the Name of a Contact Group
