Enable or Disable a Contact Group

Complete the following steps to disable or enable a contact group:

1. On the Contact Groups page, select the name of the contact group you want to disable.

2. Click Toggle Active in the Contact Groups pane.

3. If you want to cancel changes before saving, click the in the box.

4. Click Yes to save changes.

5. To enable a disabled contact group:

   1. Click the Show Inactive check box. Disabled groups display in red italics.

   2. Select the name of the group to enable.

   3. Click Toggle Active in the Contact Groups pane and then click Yes when the Disable/Enable Contact Group message displays, or click No or to cancel..
