Toggle All Option for Granting Sidebar Access to Users

PCS Survey Managerv23 introduces a Toggle All option for granting users access to sidebar navigation folders. Rather than having to check individual boxes to grant access to navigation folders, Admins can choose the Toggle All option, giving a new user access to the company's entire hierarchy.
