Review Survey Files

For contractors returning work to an operator: Field Data Collector upload to your Survey Manager does not deliver data to the operator. Export Survey after review so the operator can see the readings. See Survey Hub Statuses and Completion.

  1. Review inspection records. Use Include or Exclude for individual records.

    • Only included records are exported.

    • Uploads from Field Data Collector default to Include.

  2. When ready, return to Survey Hub and click Export Survey to export included records.

Resurvey

Review supports resurvey workflows, including updating existing inspections and creating new inspections with the same Field Data Collector survey

When the Group icon is selected, the Group panes display as well.

Type Folder

The Type folder lists all survey types associated with the Survey selected (either Custom or DAT). The data displays in the Table pane. If the record contains GPS location, it can be displayed in the Map pane. Refer to View Data in Table for more information on working with surveys in the Table.

If the survey record includes a spatial component (GPS location) you can display its location in the Map pane. To display a record in the Map pane, right-click on the record and select Zoom to Selection. Refer to View Data in the Map for more information on using the Map pane to work with survey data points.
