Enhanced Site List Prompt Theme Options

PCS 2.3 users have more flexibility in defining Site List prompt themes, allowing a mobile device to display custom fields instead of those hard-coded in previous versions of the software.

This enhancement only affects surveys sent directly to mobile devices running PCS Field Data Collector via the Send to Mobile, Send Mobile to Disk, or Send to Cloud options in PCS.
