Post Processing Requirements

Post Processing is a post data collection process for differential correction of GNSS coordinates.

Coordinates of collected features in a single CartoPac Enterprise mobile project are corrected during post processing.

When Post Processing data with CartoPac Enterprise Server, in addition to the general requirements, the CartoPac Enterprise Server Service must run as an identity with:

  • Ability to send and receive requests to the internet (Domain level IT Configuration). CartoPac Server must communicate with online base station resources for performing Trimble Differential Correction (Post Processing).

  • COM activation capabilities for domain service account (refer to COM Security Configuration for Trimble Post Processing for more information).

  • CartoPac Enterprise Cache Root Directory stored inside a service account user profile of the domain service account. For example:

    "C:\Users\{serviceaccount}\Server 8 - Service and App Pool Identities\CartoPac_FieldServer"
