Survey Hub Statuses and Completion

Survey Hub shows lifecycle progress for surveys and groups from your organization’s perspective. Status and completion on your hub are not the same view your partner sees.

Completion status bar

The completion status bar indicates facility counts for a survey or group:

  • Green — facilities that have been exported

  • Orange — facilities that are Review Pending

  • Grey — facilities with no inspections uploaded

The ratio shows facilities exported out of total facilities in the survey or group (for example, 70/100).

Each organization tracks its own next step. The same facilities can show green on the external organization hub (already exported to the internal organization) and orange on the internal organization hub (received, still under review / not yet in PCS).

FDC upload is not delivery to the client

  • When an external organization uploads from Field Data Collector, the external organization sees data ready for review (progress moves toward Review Pending).

  • The internal organization does not see those readings until the external organization uses Export Survey.

Other hub statuses and actions

  • In Progress — for operators, can indicate the contractor accepted a survey by placing it on their sidebar after Cloud Import.

  • Assigned / Reassign — group assignment state; use Reassign when your permissions allow changing the assignee.

  • Review Pending — data is ready for review in your organization. Sidebar highlighting for Pending Review is also described in Identify Survey Data in Pending Review Status.
