Icon Maps

Icons display at the bottom of the Chart in Indirect Survey. The icon can be associated with specific keywords that are used to display the icon on the chart. Icons can be associated with multiple keywords.

An Admin can control what keywords will trigger the rendering of an associated icon on the Chart.

Refer to View Data in the Chart for more information about the Chart in Indirect Survey.

Complete the following steps to associate keywords with icons:

  1. Click on your user name and select Icon Maps.

    The Icon Maps Admin window opens.

  2. Double-click on the line for an icon to open an Edit Symbol window.

  3. To add a new keyword to associate with the icon, click next to Add Mapping and enter a name.

  4. To delete a keyword, click next to the keyword.

  5. To save your changes, click Save. The Icon Maps Admin table updates with your changes.

  6. Click Close to close the Icon Maps Admin window.
