Billing
The Billings menu includes the ability to generate reports based on Cost Center or units, to view unit bill plan information and activity, change a unit's Cost Center, and create new Cost Centers.
Only users who have been assigned either the Billing Admin or Client Admin security role will have access to the Billing menu.

Billing Report Page — generate, view, and print billing reports that cover a billing period for one or all of your cost centers.
