Billing

The Billings menu includes the ability to generate reports based on Cost Center or units, to view unit bill plan information and activity, change a unit's Cost Center, and create new Cost Centers.

Only users who have been assigned either the Billing Admin or Client Admin security role will have access to the Billing menu.

The following topics include more information about how to create and manage billing reports:

• Billing Report Page — generate, view, and print billing reports that cover a billing period for one or all of your cost centers.

• Unit Billing Data Page — contains billing and unit information over a specified period of time.

• Billing Admin Page — view unit billing plan information and activity and to change a unit's Cost Center.

• Cost Center Setup Page — specify how units are invoiced to a Client.
