How to Convert Surveys That Exceed Size Limits

If the total number of files for a survey or surveys you want to convert is greater than 750 or if the total size of all files contained in the surveys exceeds 528MB, you can do one of the following procedures to successfully convert these surveys:

• Create Small Batches of Surveys — use this procedure if you have multiple surveys with more than 750 files (total) to convert.

• Separate the Survey File and Images — use this procedure if a single survey includes more than 750 files or has a combined size of more than 528MB.
