Shift-Down Arrow

Displays the next site and places focus on the next site.

Available from both the site list and when working in a site:

• When the Site List is displayed — focus is placed on the next site in the site list.

• When a site is open — displays the next site.

Previous Site

Shift-Up Arrow

Displays the previous site and places focus on the next site.

Available from both the site list and when working in a site:

• When the Site List is displayed — focus is placed on the next site in the site list.

• When a site is open — displays the next site.

Record Type Tabs

Shift-Left Arrow and Shift-Right Arrow

Moves the record type tab to the left or the right.

Available from the Site List or Map view and when a site is displayed.

• From the Site List — changes the screen displayed from the Site List to the Map to the Site List, etc.

• From a Site – when conducting a survey and have a specific site opened, these shortcuts change the displayed page to either the Information page, Inspection page, or work event page.

Record GPS Coordinates

Ctrl-G or F4

NOTE: If using the Mesa 3 external keyboard, press the orange key to activate F1-F10 function keys.

Records GPS coordinates when cursor is in the reading field.

NOTE: GPS coordinates can be added in both the Information page and in the Inspection page.

From either the Information page or Inspection Page:

1. Open the dialog for the Facility Location prompt or the FacilityInspection Location prompt.

2. Select the shortcut to record the GPS Coordinates.

3. Save or cancel the readings.

Refer to View Site Information or Capture Location for more information.

NOTE: The shortcut will do nothing if the facility location prompt is not included.

Commit Value

Enter

Commits the value in the selected prompt (prompt that is in focus).

Available from the Site window when the site is opened.

NOTE: Excludes picklist type prompts.
