Added a SafeRTK Indicator to the CartoPac Touch GNSS Toolbar

Added an indicator to the CartoPac Touch GNSS Toolbar to indicate to field users when utilizing the SafeRTK service. This new icon in CartoPac Touch can alert the users that the internet connection is not available and will be using SafeRTK. The SafeRTK status can also be seen inside of the RTK card of the Peripheral Status Screen. SafeRTK is a EOS driver specific functionality, that will continue augmenting real-time kinematic data collection during a brief disruption of internet connectivity. After several minutes without internet connectivity, the accuracy will degrade and eventually return to purely autonomous data collection.

This functionality currently exists in CartoPac Tablet and this change ensures that functionality is uniform between the two applications to indicate to the field user when collecting via SafeRTK.

CartoPac is able to ascertain the collection type via the EOS data string and able to determine when the device is using SafeRTK. In that instance, the CartoPac Touch application will change the ‘Internet’ indicator of the GNSS toolbar to ‘SafeRTK’.

This change only applies to the CartoPac Touch application.

SafeRTK is only available with the EOS Arrow Gold GNSS receivers.
