Added Borehole Validation to CartoPac Studio

Added CartoPac Studio validation to the borehole workflow to improve the ease of implementation of the CartoPac borehole workflow. This new validation will ensure that specific settings of the output feature classes are configured as required for the borehole workflow.

CartoPac will now validate the following:

Linear Output Feature Class

• Auto measure line property = TRUE

• Measure in 3-d = TRUE

• Measure Starts at Zero = TRUE

Location Points Feature Class

• Measure is = Depth

If any of these properties are not set correctly, CartoPac will generate validation errors in the Validation Results window to reflect which property is set incorrectly.

This change only applies to CartoPac Studio, no changes were made to borehole functionality in CartoPac Touch or iOS.
