Edit Data

You can view, edit, or add information about a feature from the Edit > Data menu.

Before selecting the sub-menu, select the layer and then feature. The information window that displays is based on those selected items.

Complete the following steps to view, edit, or add information about a selected feature:

1. Select the layer icon on the left side of the main window to open a pop-out list of layers.

2. Select the desired layer from the list. The icon shown on the side toolbar changes to reflect the selected layer and the features for that layer display on the map.

3. Select a feature on the map to highlight it.

4. Select Edit > Data.

5. Add, edit, or view information about this feature as needed.

6. Select OK when finished.
