Troubleshooting the UCT Software

If the UCT software locks up at startup, check the following:

  1. Check battery voltage level. Voltage should exceed 11 volts. If necessary, recharge or replace the battery.

  2. If the UCT is unable to find a device, check COMM port, cables, and computer configuration.

  3. If the UCT is able to load, find a device, and display the main configuration window, but the status bar at bottom of the main configuration window is frozen, restart the computer.
