Updating SIM Numbers on Any SIM

Complete the following steps to update SIM numbers on the Any SIM website:

  1. Log into the Any SIM website using your Bullhorn Web account user name and password.

  2. Enter a serial number, the SIM number for the SIM being replaced, or client unit name (or a part of the number or name) in the search field.

  3. Select the unit from the list.

  4. You can search and select multiple units. Each unit will display in the table.

  5. To remove a unit from the list, click Remove next to the Unit ID.

  6. Enter the new SIM number in the field under New SIM No. (refer to Using the Any SIM Website for location of the number).

    For KEE and KTUSA SIMs - The KEE and KTUSA SIM card numbers have 19 digits. KTUSA SIM card numbers are followed by a letter but this is not part of the SIM card number; do not include the letter. Do not add dashes or spaces.For Kore US Blue, Gold, Canada, or M2MSecureLink SIMs - the SIM number contains 20 digits. Do not add dashes or spaces.

  7. For KEE SIM swaps only, enter the SIM card’s Mobile No. (found on the SIM card) in the Mobile No. field. The Mobile No. is an 11-digit number, beginning with 0 (zero). Do not add spaces or dashes.

    If you entered a new SIM number from a non-KEE SIM, the Mobile No. column will display n/a.

  8. Click Swap SIMs button when all information has been entered.

  9. If all the numbers are accepted, a SIMs queued for processing window displays. Click OK.

For every unit that had SIM numbers swapped on the Any SIM website, the old SIM card must be replaced with the new SIM card in the unit. Also, the SIM Destination setting must be updated for the unit using the Universal Configuration Toolkit (UCT). Refer to the unit's user documentation for more information.
