Which bill plan is my unit on?
Please check with your Billing or Client Admin. Bill plan information can be found under the Billing tab of Bullhorn Web.

How are units on yearly bill plans affected?
Changes will not go into effect until the yearlong service period elapses.
How can I change my bill plan?

Can I change my bill plan in the middle of the month?
You may change your bill plan at any time. Bill plan rules go into effect as soon as your bill plan is changed. No discounts are given for partial months of inactive service.
Do these changes affect AI’s grace period policy?
No. Service fees are not charged on units regardless of bill plan for the first 90 days or until data is transmitted, whichever is first.
