Cancel a Sent Command from Outgoing Packets Tab

After sending a command for a unit with 2-way communication, you can cancel it if it has not already been received by the unit from the Outgoing Packets tab of the Unit Detail page.

Complete the following steps to cancel an outgoing command from the Unit Detail page:

  1. From the Unit Detail page for the unit, click the Outgoing Packets tab. A table of packet types and transmission data displays.

  2. Click the on the line with the command you wish to cancel. If the icon does not display here, the command has already been sent.

    Command Canceled

    The table updates to indicate that the command was canceled.
