Rename Templates

Before applying a saved template to a unit, you can first preview the settings that will be applied to the unit as they will display in the unit's settings panes, such as hardware, display, and alert settings.

Template Rename is not available for all unit types.

Complete the following steps to rename a saved unit template:

  1. Select a saved template from the Apply Template field.

  2. In the Template pane, click Rename.

  3. In the pop-up dialog box, click Rename to save the template with the new name or Cancel to cancel and close the window.
