Preview Templates

Before applying a saved template to a unit, you can first preview the settings that will be applied to the unit as they will display in the unit's settings panes, such as hardware, display, and alert settings.

Template Preview is not available for all unit types.

Complete the following steps to preview a saved unit template:

  1. Select a saved template from the Apply Template field.

  2. In the Template pane, click Preview.

    The Hardware Settings, Display Settings, and Alert Settings are displayed in three separate tabs. These are the settings and alerts that will be used for the current unit. They cannot be changed from this window.

  3. To return the to main Template window, click Cancel.
