Unable to Log Into PCS Field Data Collector App

If you are having trouble logging into the PCSField Data Collector app, first verify that your user name and password are correct.

If your user credentials are correct, but you are still having trouble logging into the app, ensure that your device's Automatic Date & Time setting has been enabled. This setting is enabled through the device's Android settings, not the PCSField Data Collector app.

Complete the following steps to verify that the Android Automatic Date & Time setting is enabled on your device:

1. On your device, open the Settings quick access screen (swipe down from top of screen) and tap the icon to open Settings.

2. In the Settings window, scroll down to System.
