GPS Real Time Interruption FAQ
GPS Real Time Interruption is generally used for Close Interval surveys with longer cycles (8 seconds On/2 seconds Off, 13/3, etc). This feature allows the user to take readings in real time without waiting for the next On/Off cycle.
For example, GPS Sync and HiLo will record a new On/Off pair once per cycle. If a user is running an 8 second ON and a 2 second OFF, the user will only get a new On/Off pair every 10 seconds.

-
RT On Delay is X number of milliseconds after the ON part of the cycle begins.
-
RT Off Delay is X number of milliseconds after the OFF part of the cycle begins.
-
GPS RT Setup Time is X number of milliseconds before each cycle transition begins.
This creates an area of the waveform that readings will not be taken from because they are in the transition part of the cycle.
If a reading is triggered in these windows, it will record the last good reading before the start of the transition area.

CI Module with Readings
The P/S readings in the CI Module are recorded at the time in the cycle when the reading is triggered. The CI Survey Module records the reading in the correct column.
