How to View Mobile Device Files from a Windows Computer

You can use Windows Explorer on your computer to view the files on your mobile device, such as the Allegro AX or Mesa 3.

To view files located on the mobile device, connect the device to your computer using a USB cable (with data transfer capabilities). Be sure to use the correct type of USB cable for each device.

Ensure that the mobile device's USB settings have the setting Transfer files enabled. You can find this setting through the Android OS Settings on the device.
