Force Quit an Application on Android

Follow these steps to force quit a misbehaving application on the Android OS:

1. Swipe down from the top of the screen to open the Settings menu

2. Select the Apps & Notifications menu

3. Select PCS Field Data Collector from either the Recently Opened Apps menu, or tap See All Apps and select it from the list

4. On the PCS Field Data Collector App Info screen, tap Force Stop

5. Select OK in the confirmation popup
