Mesa 3 Keypad Features

The Mesa 3 has a power/suspend key, enter key, and a navigation pad. The keys are sealed and have backlight illumination.

The following table describes the key functions as the default settings. However, the keys can be customized. Refer to the Mesa 3 User Manual that is available on the device for instructions on changing the key functions.

Keys and Function
Key	Function
	Power on/off Press and release — powers on or sleeps. Hold for 5 seconds and pull down window — powers off device. Hold for 10 seconds — resets device. Hold for 20 seconds — electrically disconnect the battery pack(s). To reconnect the batteries, you must plug in the charger or external 12 V power.
	Enter/return.
	Move down.
	Move up.
	Move left.
	Move right.
	Returns to the previous window.
	Closes current app and returns to home.
	Brings up all opened apps. Allows you to switch to an opened app or close the window.
	Takes a screen shot.
